1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and jte9 ("jte9", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the jte9 platform, website, and all related services available at jte9.club. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the jte9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jte9 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jte9 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and the most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date.

2. Eligibility

The jte9 platform is open to natural persons only. To be eligible to register and use the services offered by jte9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jte9 strictly prohibits participation by anyone under the age of 21, consistent with responsible gaming standards applicable in Bangladesh.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the jte9 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another party.
• You have not previously been suspended, excluded, or banned from the jte9 platform or any related service operated by jte9.
• You have registered only one account on the jte9 platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

jte9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence (such as a national ID card, passport, or mobile operator confirmation) to verify the age and identity of any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances pending compliance review.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access jte9's services you must register an account by providing a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password, and confirming that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jte9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You agree to notify jte9 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

• Use a unique, strong password for your jte9 account that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Do not access your jte9 account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks where your credentials could be intercepted.
• Log out of your jte9 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or mobile device.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to jte9 customer support immediately. jte9 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred before notification is received.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jte9 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected domestic bank accounts. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are subject to change; current limits are displayed in the banking section of your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit on your account, unless jte9's compliance team approves an exception following a formal request. This same-source requirement is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control. jte9 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, including a copy of your national ID and confirmation of your registered mobile number.

• jte9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which jte9 accepts no liability.
• Deposits made using funds that belong to or are controlled by a third party are strictly prohibited. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• jte9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification (KYC), in cases of suspected fraud, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied.
• Account balances that remain dormant for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule published in the account settings section of the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jte9 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including, without limitation, a 100% welcome bonus on first deposits up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time the bonus is offered or credited. General bonus conditions are set out below.

Bonuses are credited to your jte9 account in accordance with the terms of each individual offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on each promotion's terms page.

• jte9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted by the individual promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempts to claim a new-player bonus more than once will result in immediate forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• If jte9 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting a bonus offer, including through the use of low-risk betting strategies or arbitrage across offers, jte9 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified on the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will cause the associated bonus and any winnings to expire at the end of the validity period.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on the jte9 platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including, without limitation, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, PG Soft, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider's games are independently audited and use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer formats verified for integrity. jte9 does not control the outcome of any individual game round; results are determined solely by the game software and, in the case of live casino games, by the physical outcome of real-world dealing or spinning.

Game results and transaction histories recorded in jte9's system logs are the definitive record in the event of any dispute between a player and jte9. In the unlikely event of a software malfunction that causes a game result to be void, affected bets will be refunded to the relevant player accounts at the stake originally wagered. jte9 does not accept liability for malfunctions, interruptions, or data transmission failures that are attributable to a player's own device or internet service provider.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jte9 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the jte9 platform, whether under your own name or under a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with or exploit the platform, its games, or its bonus system.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players with the intent of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting the platform.
• Using the jte9 platform to launder money, process payments on behalf of third parties, or conduct any financial activity that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh.

jte9 employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited conduct may trigger an immediate account freeze pending investigation. 8. Responsible Gaming

jte9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jte9 platform — including but not limited to the jte9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jte9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the jte9 platform without jte9's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of jte9's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jte9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, howsoever arising, even if jte9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jte9's total aggregate liability to any player arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jte9 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jte9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

jte9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, jte9 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the contact information held on their account (typically by SMS to the registered mobile number).

Your continued use of the jte9 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. jte9 and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting jte9 customer support at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within 5 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of a dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter through formal legal channels. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief through the courts.
